Default Turbo with water to air

Well this is my first turbo setup on my s2000 and I think it turned out pretty good

Couple things ill change like the piping from the turbo to the intercooler box.

will have a vband to a v band

never seen an after cooled turbo set up, nice job, u might wanna shield the battery and fuse box, or at least twist the fuse box sideways

Yeah I wanted to try something different, Plus its very sleeper ish. IAT IM not sure at all. I know with the vtsc it was still very low iat. Im in the process of getting a larger heat exchanger. That will help with the iat.
As for the manifold. I got it from another member on MNHONDA my main honda forum I look at. From what member told me is its from a guy who makes them in ohio.. I dunno the welds and the fabrication of the manifold look well done. For 550 with manifold, downpipe and wg dump its not bad,

people on the other forum were ripping on this because they said it looked ghetto. Just need to clean it all up and shall look better.

Lookin good, for you drag racing guys this will definatly help with consitancy.

Oh, and if you are building your own box why not put an evaporator in the water loop for some additional cooling.
