Default Turbonetics?

Well, seeing as my status post on the front page did not bring too many replies, I figure I'd make a thread.

I have been researching fairly in depth into a variety of different turbos for my setup and have come across a few of the Turbonetics options available through Bisimoto.

I purchased a bunch of parts for my single cam build from him and was always pleased with the product/customer support that he offers so it got me thinking, I would certainly do business with him again.

Wanted to post to see if anyone is running/knows anyone who runs turbonetics turbos with good results. More so interested in the longevity/customer service side of things (rather than the power making ability as they have a variety of sizes/options) as that is one of the main reasons I am trying to stay away from PTE.

I am looking to make 4-500whp with a bit of room for growth in the future in the way of manifold upgrades/E85/more boost.

I had found the BTX6462XJ originally which utilizes a billet 64mm inducer and is 700+ hp capable <-----probably overkill

but Bisi had recommended a BTX6162XJ which also features a billet wheel and is 500+ hp rated <----prob more up my alley.

Both are avail in JB or ceramic BB, I'd like to stay Journal for this setup for a few reasons.

experiences/opinions/suggestions are much appreciated!!!

He seem to be having good luck with it?

any yea, journal should be more than sufficient for what I need, it's just easier all the way around.

@ just about 800 new the Billet 6162 is looking better and better to me. Bisi has been making some huge power on these things for a few years now. Hell, they already have a 600whp CRZ!

ehhhh the ballbearing options are up in the 12-1300$ neighborhood depending on what you go with.

the journals are 8-900

I'd say that's just about on par with what PTE gets for their journal 6262

Edit: Here's a link to his "Store" I'd say they are priced just about the same as the competition
