I've gone through that site but haven't been able to find anything helpful

I even posted on there in the Sensors forum almost a month ago, but NOONE responded

It's really strange... I do have some people looking into it for me so I'm really hoping that I get it working ASAP. I need to have it working so I can monitor my AFR...

Sorry that wasnt more helpfull! Have you checked AEMs site for a installer/tuner in your area..?? I was lucky. I was able to take mine to an AEM certified installer/tuner....Good luck!

Actually no...I haven't. I think I might end up doing that if I don't have it fixed soon...

if the sensor is not plugged in you will get a reading of 3.94V or 14.68afr; this is for calibration purposes.

Not to state the obvious, but are you sure the sensor is plugged in?

Yep... I made sure it was plugged in...

To double-check everything, I unplugged, reset the gain in the EMS (didn't really have to change anything, lol) plugged it back in... but same thing.
