Regardless of any of this, flooring the engine at 2k rpms in full boost is just asking to break something. Lugging the engine at full load
have to agree below 2K is a lug in this car. AGAIN i'm not saying this is my future plan for my car. HOWEVER I think boost COULD start at 2500 assuming it was designed to do so, why would you? I have no idea!. Better off with the 2JZ swap IMO Another horrible idea from the results I've seen.

<edit>

just read the post about the supra motor..... looks like that just got said. Anyone hear if those guys in florida are still running their scam? I've heard they've done a few shady projects. I can't remember the guy's name on here who had one but I remember him selling it just a couple weeks after he bought it if I recall correctly. Wonder what the situation was with that? Oh and SINGLE turbo for the supra option.

I really wish Honda would have started with a 2.5 in this car and an 8K redline. That and a coupe version instead of the CR w/hardtop. Imagine how stiff the chassis would be if it wasn't a convertible, hardtop doesn't do much for that, I can hear my body flex around and the hardtop take a tiny load but still, not near enough to do anything. I'd buy one RIGHT NOW if the CR had hit in a hardtop w/ 2.5 motor. Say roughly 265hp stock. Shouldn't be that hard after 8 years of the motor being out to make some extra ponies, though I know it won't happen obviously it makes no sense on an outdated car as far as sales go. Fun to wish.....
