Considering some early AP2s were seeing 205 to 210 whp, it looks like you only got about 10 from that kit.

I'm no turbo expert, but it's not the stock exhaust that's holding you back.

Not meaning the alarm you or pour salt on the wound, but UR was never a really impressive kit.

Got a dyno sheet? What PSI? I'm guessing you have a bad install and or some serious boost/vac leaks.

Something is definitely wrong. I had 281 which is not the best, but it was with the stock cat and a 2.5" exhaust. I believe the car that UR got 320on had their 3" exhaust also, but 220 is not from restrictions inyour airflow. Something is wrong with the install. I dont know anything about the mechanics of a turbo kit that would explain your low numbers. Hopefully, the smart folks around here will chime in. Good luck, I know how frustrated you must be.

I got the Ultimate Racing Turbo Kit Gen II and it is accompanied by a 3" downpipe and single exit exhaust and I am making 326WHP and 230WTQ... You definetly are not BOOSTING FOR SUREEEE...This is on a very conservative tune cause I beat my car and told my tuner that...There is no way even if you tuner was on you should be making at least 250WHP and I hope more, I mean the basemap given guarantees 319WHP and 199WTQ...Double check vac lines and all and check you pipes sometimes couple hours of driving hard can pop a pipe out of place if not installed tight enough...And listen in your bay I guarantee you can hear a hiss the sound of something LEAKING??? Other than that man no expert but man something is wrong with install not kit cause most everyone here has had pretty good experiences with Ultimate Racing Turbo Kits...I LOVE MINE...

If it actually measured 9psi and I assume this was taken from the manifold, then the motor is getting the boost. It just doesn't know what to do with it.
You should have kept the printout. It would have given you all kinds of info on actual boost throughout the rev band and the a/f and bunches of other stuff that the guys here could have commented on. Now, you've got nothing to show them.

They must have changed something because the first few released were apparently nightmares.

That's true XViper. I think they changed the actual turbo as well as the BOV and a few other things IIRC. I know there are Gen I and GenII kits. My Gen II has been great, but now I want more power and I'm upgrading to lovefab mani/dp etc.

The stock exhaust/Cat may be holding you back a little...but certainly not this much. You should be able to get WELL over 300 rwhp on the stock exhaust system.
