Default ultimate racing turbo.

this is been a real bad experience for me. 4 months i have work on my car lol and it still not working right.

#1 : shouldnt buy a used turbo!!!

but i am almost there and running into some trouble.

i have the T3/T04E Turbo set up with the AEM EMS and rc 750cc

My firiend and I did the installation. We checked and everything look likes its correct.

i was running this T3/T04E Turbo with greddy emanage and it didnt make the result i wanted. So i switch to the EMS and its running much better...but the thing that confused me is that when i run the Emanage.. it was running rich with some hestiations but i dyno the car and it runs 280 rwhp 7 psi. Now with EMS my car feel better and stronger.... but the dyno says its only 228 rwhp at P1 automotive (respectable tuners in my area)... lol i called Kane.s2k (thx for the help kane) for assistant. He said that my clutch might be slipping at the time of dyno. i mean my car is about 25k miles(dont drive it hard) .. clutch cant that bad.. Now i see that the turbo is leaking oil!!!!! #(*$&*(#&$#*($&*(#$&*(#&$. i am running 2.5" testpipe with spugen dual ti tip v2 the turbo also.

also.. instead of tapping the oil return line to the pan, i use the drain plug hole adapter/fitting to return the oil. can this be a problem?

waht can i do to stop the leaking? some kind of turbo seal?

any help will greatly appreciated.

thank you,
tom

Tom, please edit your post, correct the spelling, and correct your grammar. Write sentences that make sense and start them with capital letters. Otherwise, don't expect much help and get ready to be flamed.

Like I was saying, I need to see a scan of the dyno and maybe other logs or even a view of your timing map.

Did you let jack at P1 tune your car at all or did you tune it?

Did you say above you're using a drain plug adapter? Like draining oil back to the pan to the drain plug? If you are, you probaby are having oil back up into your turbo.

The oil return needs to be above the oil level in the pan.

Amen to that......your problem lies there. You have backed up oil in your oil return line. DO IT RIGHT and take the pan off and tab in a drain plug instead of doing it dirty like you are doing. Doing things right the first time will save you alot of head-aches instead of doing what is cheap and fast. Words of advice. Hope you didn't blow the seals in the turbo already.
