Since i bought 100k warranty on my S initially, but i should use my better judgement :*(. but i think the seal had broken if the oil leaking right from the turbo?

is there anything i can do to fix the turbo seals?

Scan the dyno sheet and take a pic of where the return line was tapped.

Rebuild the turbo (fix the seals). I'd first tap the block girdle/pan and try that. The seals may not be totally blown.

On the subject of your dyno numbers, do you have a plot?

An unhealthy turbo and a healthy turbo will not make identical power levels.

Sorry man, the seals are toast. Send the turbo out and tap either the block or girdle.

I just ran the same problems ,but with out the oil leaks, my clutch is slipping at 5300 rpm , so my plugs were flooded and when i went to check the plugs i found oil in my coils. So I'm fixing that problem by getting krank vents from kane, and competition clutch. But i figure now that in not the only one with hesitation driving with the ultimate racing kit. Maybe i should invest in the AEM EMS.

I would tap the top of the oil pan if you want to keep your warranty, that way you can always buy a new pan if you blow the motor.
