Default Update: Greddy Turbo Kit Dyno

As i promise, here is new update of dyno of 2mm HG, greddu e01 boost controller 750cc injector.
After 3 hours into tuning we have a clutch slip problem (stock clutch) when reach 14psi.. 38000km clutch life i was planning to tune it to 16psi. but..

so the best i can do with 13psi

a/f at 12.0 to 11.5 range
Dyno with dynopack 3000

isn't that way too much boost for such a small trimmed snail?

What if you were to take it down to 9 lbs? I'm wondering if you'd see the same numbers.

Once again proof this turbo is far to small to go about 9psi or so.

I'm no turbo pro, and I completely agree. Its a shame the Greddy kit puts down such low numbers. The kit they make for the 350Z did wonders for my roommates car. Who knows?

greddy kit works best at 7-9psi, stock compression for 300whp and about 230-240 peak ft lbs

benefits: quick spool, so great midrange torque, cheap.. think autox, daily driver, NOT 1/4 track, beating the pants off other cars

disadvantage: no real upgrade path, internal wastegated (con for top end power, pro for emissions)

what's it good for? someone who wants a great daily driver turbo with a meaty midrange

what it isn't? if you want more than 300whp

this isn't a cheap way to get massive power..if it were, everyone would have it

Thank you. I don't know how many times I posted this turbo is not efficient past 9psi, and people are just stroking egos. Not only that, the tuner seems to be....well....there are people running 310 with 9psi.

Im kinda suprised that turbo doesnt have at least high 300's in it. It uses basically a 18g compressor wheel which has been known to make around 400whp, but its the rpms of the s2000 that kills this turbo. Ill be honest with you, lower the redline/shift early and run 18psi...but shift at 7500 rpm. I bet it would make 370whp or so and be great....take it to redline and watch it kill itself.
