Default upgrading boost to 380+whp

I'm currently running a novi1000 kit at about 330whp. I'm planning on increasing the boost a bit and want to make sure I have everything covered for the process.
CT novi1000 kit
AEM EMS v2
ID725 injectors
ACTpp/OEM combo
Puddymod stage 2

Anything else I should look at upgrading?

To get to that power level I think you will need to get an n1200 but I could be wrong. I would also get the upgraded heat exchanger.

The upgraded larger racing heat exchanger (such as the one SOS sells) is good advice. With the NV1000 380whp is no problem typically, many have hit 400whp maxing the blower, but that’s about the cap on what you can expect. A 3" pulley rev to 8500rpm is the blower speed cap, so just keep that in mind if your running ap1/ap2. Id just go for the gusto if you want a sure 380whp and could likely end up being a bit more. Nothing wrong with that

Thanks! I'll look into the SOS heat exchanger. Also while on the SOS site, I noticed I probably need the 3Bar map sensor. Or can the stock sensor work with whatever the psi with a 3" pulley is? I been thinking about upgrading to the 1200 but will probably wait until my 1000 needs a rebuild or after my next smog check.

i make 360whp 240tq at 11-12psi on my novi1000 with a redline of 8300 reving it to 8500 just gives me belt slip custom crank pulley 6.75in blower pulley 3.8in. i guess im just getting too close to the max impeller speed this power was made on a dyno dynamics in less than idea conditions and i run water/meth on a medium aem jet.

You will need the map sensor. Stock only reads to about 10.5psi. You will be making 14-15psi.

I ran a custom 2.7" pulley on a NV1000 for a brief period of time making 20psi. I never had any belt slip issues in 2nd gear and above. 1st gear there will always be a little bit no matter what you do, simply due to how fast the engine spools up. And that's plenty fine when the tires are still the limiting factor in that gear.

i have sense changed from a gates belt to a gatorback but i just don't want to overtighten the belt. i have seen 14psi in winter but that was at 8500 most of the time i shift at 8k

For me, I'm just going to put the 3" pulley on and take what I can get. I was more concerned about any other reinforcements or upgrades I might need to keep the car running healthy and smoothly. Currently I am running a 3.6" at 8psi making 213/329 @ 8400 (I think the dyno reads high though). This is also on a stock cat which I plan on going with a HFC hidden underneath the oem heat shield.

Yes, get the flex fuel sensor and tune. Id also upgrade to ID1000s, what fuel pump are you running? Its also a good idea to do the SoS direct wire fuel pump to battery as the larger fuel pumps run outta power near the top end at these levels.

The N1200 is also a great idea, much more efficient
