Default upgrading oil jet bolts?

i rececntly read that it would be a waste to remove the oil pan for welding on the oil return if you didnt upgrade the oil jet bolts at the same time. i dont know much about this besidees the funcion, but i do want the xtra protection if possible. please let me know anything you have o comment on this subject, thank you.

i would change them, its about $40 for them and its cheap insurance to make you sleep better at night, but now looking at you info you have a 2008, this issue was resolved in late 2002 and now every car after late 02 has the revised bolt design, you should be fine

All cars built after 03 and most 02's have the updated bolts. No need to do anything on a 08.

thats a relief i that the 08 cars already have this upgrade? what was the revision though? just ever so slightly opening in the jet bolts for less resistance?
