There are 2 mesh screens one on the side of the solenoid and one at the top you should check and clean both. If your car is high milage you should probably order new ones before you remove the solenoid.
We'll do another dyno run today, maybe we can record the Lambda too and this is going to help us clarify the problem.

It's not the solenoid, I've tested it w/o the VTEC and it was even worse but stayed in the same rpm range as before (starts right at 5700 - 5800). I could only go into VTEC rpm twice before I got a CEL because the cable was disconnected, so I couldn't test it more.

Logging A/f will be good . I bet you will see that you are extreemly lean in the point as the FMU is slow to respond and will give you this issue .
Most FMU's dont start to respond till 3psi , and will give you this dip you see in you plot .
