It's loud and shifts lousy at high rpm's. Other than that, it will hold great power.
Also get an oil cooler... it gets really hot!

I dont see how some of us have issues with the V160's and shifting. The trans worked great in the Supras shifting around 9k or so as well. I believe that some of the issues have to do with worn V160's and the other issue being a mocked up kit to make it adapt to our car.

Because my car has been down for so long, im going to run the stock trans, make the power, and turn it down to enjoy for a while. The V160 will go in once I get to drive the damn car and enjoy it for a while. She has been down longer than its been up!! wtf.

Jacks says roughly 3 weeks but that depends on how backed up they are. Below is a link you guys should read about the process and look before and after Jacks did magic.

All I can say is WOW. The underneath of my car is going to look like a museum pretty soon. No mileage, new parts, it should be on display lol. The same for my engine bay haha.
