Vacuum Distribution Block and FPR
Hey guys, wanted to know a good spot to mount my Fuel Pressure Regulator i have an 06 DBW and on the non dbw i have seen people mount them on the back of the manifold from the bolts that are already there. I prefer the firewall but I do not want to drill holes anywhere to make it work, I also have a vacuum block that i will be running all of my lines through just seems kind of tricky with the lack of room. Any ideas or advice on good locations ?
I have a ptuning Oil and VAC block that is attached on the front of the engine. I made a bracket for the fuel pressure and it between the shock tower and the driver side head light. You could mount it off of the intake manifold or between that and the shock tower.

No issues yet. I have it all wrapped in gold foil, Its getting a bit flakely on the foil, but i am going to re wrap it in higher temp wrap and also use a heat sheild and move it. That is a older picture, I had a shop work on my car and they put the lines right under the hot side, but it was still fine.
I have seen people put there block on the cross member and hide it there, or on the firewall. You could attach it behind the manifold if you want it hidden.
Yes that is the reason I bought the Ptuning distribution block. It made it easy. Doesn't hide everything, but makes it all easy to route the lines.
