I need help running my vacuum lines. So far this will be my setup.

Top port of wastegate to electronic boost controller valve, from valve to compressor housing. From boost controller unit to fpr line.

My question is, where should I tap to get a source for the side port of the wastegate and for my bov?

I tee'd into the line from the intake manifold to the FPR. This shows the real pressure that is reaching the motor after pressure losses through the intercooler (which should be minimal). If you would like, you can also run off of the compressor housing of the turbo. For the blow off valve I used a vaccum line that I removed for the EGR system but had to put a clamp on the hose since the nipple on the manifold was slightly too small.
