Hey I am very new to the turbo idea, as in just started thinking about it tonight actually. If I get the full blown stage one turbo kit what all else would I need and what should be upgraded? Diff? rebuild motor? (ap1 with 103k) Trans? Thanks

If your engine clears a compression and leak down test with good results, you don't need to rebuild it. Diff will help, but not entirely necessary. You should definitely upgrade the clutch. You would also need a new fuel pump, fuel injectors, and a stand alone Ems system. Those would be the main components to complete the kit.
