Default Viper alarm with Apexi Turbo timer

Has anybody had this problems, after i leave my car i arm the alarm.
After the minutes are up my turbo timer shuts the ignition off, and after the ignition shuts off my alarm automatically opens the doors to my car.
Why not just arm it and lock the doors again you ask?
Well if am at the mall or at the theater that would defeat the purpose of me having a turbo timer when i can just sit there and let the car idle for 3 minutes.
Has anyone else come across this? Any help on how to resolve this problem would be helpful.

Btw i have the viper alarm without the turbo timer built in, cause i got it 2 years ago before i went turbo.

Thanks for the help in advance.

Do the 2004's have door locks that unlock when the ignition is turned off (or lock when you start the car)?

I def know about when u start your car the locks do not lock automatically.
I dont know about the unlocking when the ignition is turned off, never really locked my door after gettin in.
My friend also thought about that, maybe if it does thats the problem and all i have to do is either bypass it or unable it?

Just set the alarm up to arm itself 1 minute or so after the ignition is turned off.

Or dump the turbo timer. 30 seconds casual driving before shutdown is much better than 3 minutes idling with no airflow.
