I am going to buy a vortech supercharger for my s2000 in the near future my question is this... what alll do i need to upgrade on the S2k engin or what not for the supercharger to not jack up my car in the long run. i run 91 octain or better gas, the only thing on the net that i have seen is youll need a new clutch, is this true or no?
also yea yea i know whats better turbo or super.. what you all recomend reliability wise yea sure i want to make my S2k fast.. but i dont wan t it to break down every other week.. i want it to just run like its soposed to only faster hehe...
anyways all imput would be nice.

also anyone know any good websites to get o bodymods hoods ect badges, wheels, and what not for s2k...

thanks

Although mine was a straight "bolt on" and go, some have reported their engines running a bit lean. Might not be a bad idea to confirm your a/f is in the proper range after the install.
Assuming that your drivetrain is in good condition (engine, clutch, tranny, rear diff) right now, you don't need to upgrade anything. If your clutch is a bit worse for wear now, get it done (use a heavy duty pressure plate).

If you ever decide to "upgrade" the supercharger itself, then you need to address other upgrades as well.
