Is it possible to use Vortech's black box on a Comptech S/C kit? I'm missing Comptechs black box and can't seem to find one, but theres a vortech one available. Any differences?

 

Vortech's black box is a timing retarding box. The comptech kit does not need that as none was supplied with the comptech kit. Both kits use a MAP clamp box as well to hide boost. I think some AP2 kits have that built into the black box but not sure.
I would just find either a used comptec ESM (hides boost from ecu) or can also buy a missing link map sensor spacer. Those have partial throttle issues or at least did for me occasionally.
