Thumbs down VORTECH S/C on a JDM S2000 Type V (VGS)

I noticed something near the oil filter
I don't know what this is (my guess is the VGS unit)

Now I'm concerned that the supercharger will not clear this black, round thing in the pictures

it is about as high as the big frame bar (what do you call it?)

so...

will the supercharger clear this thing here?

thanks

I think so. I haven't seen a vortech kit, but it looks like the CT would fit fine.

UD.

You should be fine...you may need to relocate the tab for the wiring on the right side of that VGS module.
The Vortech bracket is partially bolted to the passenger side bolts of the timing chain cover. Access may be difficult, but otherwise it looks to have enough space.

And when you say passenger side I assume you mean drivers side.
