Default Vortech V2 loose boost... Heat soak?

S2000 2006MY
Vortech V2 E
5" pulley

Dyno run 1:

ambient : 16F
IAT : 70F
mugen catback
standart vortech air filter

6-7psi (i forgot) (360НР - engine HP)

Dyno run 2:

ambient : 77F
IAT : 104F
Stock catback
new K&N RF1023

4psi (300HP - engine HP)

now in ambient77F
When engine coolant about 176F charger makes near 4.5 psi (IAT 86F) ambient 77F
when engine coolant about 198F charger makes 3.7-4psi (IAT 40F) ambient 77F

can be such big falling of power because of a difference in ambient (16F to 77F) and IAT(70F to 104F)

( (is the reason - underhood heatsoak ?)

Thanks

Did you check your belt tension? There can be a slight difference in boost when really cold out compared to hot but not much at all with a sc since its belt driven. If imagine you have some belt slip. That it a boost leak.

I check belt tight by curving it between s/c pulley and crankshaft pulley.
It won't curve over 90degrees. I don't hear any whistle sound of belt in start up/ idle/ hi rpm(((

!!!!!!!!!

today I heard a whistle sound of long mili-second at start-up of the cold motor. Later
on start-up of the hot motor of this sound isn't present .
belt tension, I will remind , no more than 90 degrees twist a bend, in belt center between charger and crankshaft pulley. (i afraid overtight it- to broke bearings in charger(( )
On ride I don't hear any belt whistle in any rev.
is it boost loose whether it is similar to poorly tightened belt?

any one had loose boost on same setup in 60F difference ambient temp before and after? how much ?
My tune on DYNO on "hondata flashpro" was in ambient temp 16F
Today ambient temp - 77F
Can level of boost depend of hondata tune ? so much ?

thanks a lot in advance to all the answered!

That sounds like lash. A normal sound.
Pull the belt and make sure the pump turns smoothly.
Did you check the tension? New belts stretch and become loose quickly.

The supercharger is an air pump.

Sideways, you mean this airpump (see pics) ? I have one hose unshut from airpump. But in winter dyno test this hose been unshut too. And BOOST pressure and HP has been ok.

Can "bad impeller bearing" rotate slowly and make less boost ?

I posted this in a different thread but id figure id paste this here.

I was doing some testing with my vortech setup this weekend. I currently have just a filter on the end of the elbow that comes off the blower with no vortech filter box and tested to see what the difference was. My intake temp sensor is in the elbow pre blower so I can see how much the box makes a difference.

On a 75F day cruising on the highway 60mph I would see intake temps around 110-120F with the current setup. I swapped out the filter to the vortech box and filter and my intake temps dropped to 80F and boost pressure increased 0.9psi probably due to the denser air. Needless to say I was very surprised
