If he had stock exhaust and all and was making the 12 lbs instead of 10 would it be just more boost with no improved power due restrictive exhaust or actually gain good power going to stock exhaust?

that's right..

my tuner Evans told me , if i get a 3inch exhaust or a better flowing header will net me to 12psi of boost aswell..

Whats funny is on the stock V3 pulley which is suppose to be 8.5psi and comptech header, 3 inch exhaust I was registering 10psi at sea level dyno'd 348.9

How's your kit so far? Any idea when it'd be carb certified?
