Walbro & Stock Fuel pump side by side PICS
No one?
I will go for a setup with 2 injectors/cilinder so I'm not sure the stock fuel pump is enough...
-Does the walbro 255 works (and fit) on a 2006 without modification?
-Do I need another FPR to? What are the solutions for the 06-07 models?
Thanks for the information!!!

You need RSX injectors instead of Honda S2000 injectors. You have to cut off the nipple end of the fuel pump assembly and thats it. You can boost up to 12 psi that I know of before having to change the fuel system to a return style. I had pics of the nipple I cut off of the fuel pump somewhere.
What's the difference between the injectors from a RSX and S2000?
Do I need a FPR when I'm running a Vortech kit on stock boost with a walbro 255 pump? What type can I use on my '06?

You'll have no problem using the stock FPR, which is located in the gas tank on the MY06+, on the Vortech kit. I am boosting almost 13psi with the stock FPR and so far no issues. I just had my OEM fuel rail tapped and had a B&M fuel pressure gauge installed. Now I can monitor the fuel pressure during dyno tuning and find out what the exact limits are of the stock FPR.
As far an aftermarket FPR, you could get an AEM, Aeromotive or pretty much anything else out there, but you'll need to disconnect the stock FPR.
[QUOTE=2QYK4U,Jul 1 2007, 11:33 AM] The injectors for an MY06+ S2000 are smaller than those for an MY00-05 and they just so happen to be the same size as the injectors for an RSX.

Thank you very much!
Now I'm sure I can keep the stock FPR and use a walbro 255 pump in my 06.
My tuner wants to work with an extra, custom made, fuel rail and 4 small extra injectors (2 injectors/cilinder) in my modified intake collector... Is it a good solution? He said that they use it on there track cars to...)

What's the reason for the extra injectors? Four injectors are more than capable of supporting a lot of power.
He wants to keep the stock injectors, and when the engine needs more fuel than the stock injectors can give (at high rpm's), the extra injectors will give the extra fuel...
Maby bigger injectors make it run to rich in low rpm's?
I'm nut sure, but thats what he said.... Is it a good solution or give it more problems?
Thanks!!!

He said that it's better than just bigger injectors...

I stay stick with the basics. I don't know of anyone doing that on this board and if it was something that better then the ordinary alot of people would be doing it. If anything get the right size injectors and you won't be wasteing that much more fuel.
It doesn't matter how small or large the injectors are--with a good EMS you can tune the car throughout the entire powerband.
