Default Want to go FI

hi guys, I am planning to get a used SC kit after saving some more money. I can keep everything stock right? and do I need to get anything else besides the kit? (I am NOT planning to go more than 8 psi) Please check my signature. What rwhp will I get after I get the SC with Aftercooler plus all the parts that I have in my sig?? What 1/4 mile can I run with a decent launch??

BTW, If I get the SC, I won't need to get a CAI right?? Also do I need to get rid of any parts that I have in my list??

sorry for too many questions, hope you can help me...

The VAFC is useless with a SC. A CAI is not needed. Your STB may not clear the aftercooler.

Expect low 14's without breaking anything and a 2.20 60 ft. (a slow launch)

low 14's????
the car runs 13.9 with a nice launch how does it pass at low 14 with a SC?? I heard with SC ant the rest stock, you can run around 13.2

BTW, the search does not bring anything. I mean it is impossible to find anything.

Leave off idle with a SC expect a low 14 @105-108MPH.

You are beating the crap out of the car to get a low 13. Expect to pick up the pieces.

people told me that i can run mid-13 with the parts that I already have. I think my car will be around 225 wrhp after ecerything is installed.
If I put a SC, I am guessing it will be like 320 hp. That's why I was confused. It looks like the SC does not change the acceleration too much.
Sorry to complain. it's just that I was expecting some more from it.

The s/c will help you from a roll. The higher the revs the more power. If you want 1/4 mile times get nitrious.

batikan, your questions are all over the place...focus, buddy, focus.
You can go anywhere you like with E46s. What you are probably asking though, is if you can compete with them in a race. This depends on the usual variables: driver, starting (& ending) speed & gear, top up vs. down, M3 convertible vs. ht, SMG or not, etc. With 8 psi & a favorable score in the categories I just mentioned, you could easily be happy with the result of racing an E46 M3.
That' s just my two hundredths of a dollar
