If you want some more horsepower, take off the 'short ram' and put the stock intake back on.

So a stock S with a vortech supercharger kit on street tires would run around low 14s? I was also under the impression it would be slightly quicker as i've seen other peoples times with vortech kits alot faster although not sure of their entire list of mods

Low 14's if you drive it like a granny... and with our weak diff, you should be! If you are SO concerned about 1/4 mile times you may have bought the wrong car, but if you are willing to shell out the cash in order to allow your car to handle being a dragster then go for it.

Your 1/4 times are highly dependent on your racing/launching ability. If you suck, then expect even worse than low 14's Your car will only perform to the best of YOUR ability

you get me wrong guys. I don't care about the 1/4 time. The reason I am asking it is to compare it to the stock. How different it is. Let me rephrase. With the same drivers and same launches, my car (including the parts in my sig) with a SC against a stock S2000. What do you think the difference will be at the end of 3rd or mid 4th?? can I beat an E46 M3??

You will definitely be faster. I believe SC'd S2000's trap somewhere in the 105-110 area in the 1/4 mile where stock never gets above upper 90's. There is a considerable difference if you look at it this way.
