ID 1000s are awesome ! I run the 1000s in my turbo gsr and run the 725s in my s/c s .Those injectors are way less fussy than others mentioned , not to mention far quicker to tune . Just ask the hotshot tuners and im sure they will agree with me here .

What "hp" would the ID1000 be good until?
all depends on base fuel pressure but i would say about 750ish whp with around 70psi base pressure....

I have a hot start problem too with my car, but I'm sure it's the tune not the ID injectors.

I'm assuming that the ID1000s being good enough for 700+ whp is for race gas usage rather than E-85. Would the ID2000s be recommended for E-85, or is there an option somewhere in between for 600-ish whp on E-85?

you could hit close to 600 with 100psi base fuel pressure with a walbro and a 044 and weldon regulator

I run the ID1000's w/ Vortech.

Car purr's like a kitten at idle (15.5-16+ AFR).

On track, I feel that the real benefit is that it runs real clean at part throttle, and has great response in general.

I also have a touchy clutch, and with RC's you'd stall it every once and a while. With the ID's, it hasn't even come close (they work well when the rpm's drop some at idle, same tuner both injectors).

Not sure if 'true', but I also feel that I am getting less oil contamination (I have NO data to support this so this could be placebo effect). Maybe just due to much leaner idle and light load cruise.

I am running AEM, and have had no hot start issues (not my DD, but it does get driven).

Very glad I switched to them.

I would also run the ID1000cc, they are great and very easy for tuning. They are more expensive than other 1000cc, but its money well spent.

another injector to possibly look into is the EFI Wiazrd injectors, can be bought through NRG Tech, they are claimed to be the EXACT same Injector as the ID products but for slightly cheaper, I may go with them if i opt to run E85 (2000cc injectors)

I read it, but sometimes you cant believe everything you read over the internet, i have spoken with NRG tech and they are having awesome luck with them on cars making good power, I would still rather run the ID injectors, this is just an alternative

many things have been said about FIC injectors, and those work exceptionally well also...
