Default Waste gate issue?

Hey guys well I have been trying to track down an exhaust leak i have on my inline kit. I checked and re tightened the bolts from the dp to turbo. The noise is still there. From what I can gather the noise is coming from the waste gate area. I hear a loud hissing noise as well. I tried to boost in easily however after i got around 2lbs the ecu shut her down. When the car is not in boost it drives fine except for the exhaust leak noise. Any ideas? Do I need to tighten anything back up.
Thanks for the help.

I've blown out my wastegate gasket before and heard the hissing sound. My symptoms were that I couldn't reach full boost though. Have a look for that.

hold a piece of paper near but not touching where you think the leak. If the paper turns black, you found the leak.

since may, i think it maybe a warped gasket or could be a leak coming from the manifold. car has been driving great before the noise and then all of a sudden when I pull off the highway from one exit to another I can hear the noise. Sounds like a civic with a exhaust. hopefully the mechanic can figure it out tommorrow
