I have a problem with my car. When I push the car, it runs fine for a couple of minutes, then I feel like it is losing the power at high RPMs. I'm guessing the intake manifold temperature is going up. The intercooler that I have is not a brand name one like Precision. The size is pretty decent but it is a cheap one.

I know that it is because of the intercooler but instead of getting a new intercooler, I am planning to get a water spray kit so I can use it whenever I need it. Are there any brands that anyone is using or can recommend?

Or just putting an intake manifold gasket would work?

 

hey bud.you konw we're making 761whp with the same intercooler tha you have and the temp isfine, i wouldn't recopmend trhe intecooler spray kit, just put a intake gasket and that will make a big diference , I can get them local for cheap.

if i am gonna be getting the intake manifold gasket installed, i want to get a ported manifold and bigger TB too so if the only way to go is that then i'll wait a little till I get everything in

 

get a spoon TB it gives you about 5whp and you could either find an aftermarket manifold (if anyone makes one now) or we could just make one for you.
