Default Went drag racing!

Just wanted to share. Ran a 12.8sec @120mph.

This is my first time at the drag strip with the new setup, I didn't launch the car, instead i just took off normally and then floored it. First gear spins, second gear spins, 3rd gear spins some as well......

I was hoping to trap 125mph+ but that didn't happen. I only took 4 runs. My first run was a super slow. 13.7 @115. Second run was 13.4 @120, Third was 13.1 @119, and final run was 12.8 @120.

I was on 255/40/17 RS3. I didn't care about my time as much as my trap speed, but i was still a little disappointed about not trapping higher. Its alright though, i'm not much of a drag racer, and will be using the car more for autox/lapping days.

No datalog. I personally think its slow for the power im suppose to be making. I know im not the best driver whenit comes to drag racing, and I wwasn't launching, but I was expecting a higher trap speed still.

Your time got significantly better with each run, so I wouldn't really worry about it. You probably just need more time/practice.

With a beefed up diff + radials I'm sure you'd be able to hit mid/low 11's pretty easily.

With the power you are at you should be closer to 130mph. Im sure you can hit a higher trap with more traction.

Hey mate how much power do you have?

I bet if you strengthened your diff and got wider semi-slick tyres you would do much much better especially after some more practising.
