What 1/4 mile & 0-60mph with Comptech SC ?
There are so many factors involved with this.
elevation
humidity
temperature
tires
air pressure
If you are at sea level and under optimal conditions you should be able to run consistently low to mid 13's with a CT SC w/ Aftercooler on stock boost. That is assuming you know what you are doing.

Getting traction off the line is pretty tough with stock tires. Having a decent launch combined with precise shifiting will be necessary for good times. Blow the launch or mis-shift... hello mid 14's.
