Default What do I need to run 9 psi?

Hi Guys,
My car is currently running comptech s/c with aftercooler with no ems.
I am planning to do 9 psi and AEM EMS.

What other parts should I get?

Pulley, belt, injector? Can anybody guide me ?

Thanks

Eric

When I upgraded my Comptech Supercharger to a 3.25" Pulley my tuner said he was able to see 9.75psi in the motor - that was according to the EMS readings. From what he told me with the temperatures being 90+ that week with 100%+ humidity, that particular pulley would have given another 1-1.5psi under cooler conditions.
When I installed that setup I had purchased the following:
AEM EMS 1052-U (built in uego)
AEM 3.5 Bar Map Sensor
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
650cc Injectors
ASP Racing 3.25" Pulley

My tuner did state though, with the fuel pressure at 57psi under cooler conditions if i were to have gained that extra 1.5psi my injectors would have been at 84% duty cycle.

If you plan to purchase a 9psi Pulley from Tech2 - I would do the things listed above. However if you plan to get a 3.25" Pulley as I did, I would recommend going ahead and stepping up to 750cc over 650cc injectors.

Chad, Thanks for your input.

Which wideband did you use?
As far as difference running 3.25 pulley and the whole ems thing, is there a lot of difference compared to just running stock comptech boost. I know this probably depends a lot on tuning also. Does the cart pulls harder?

Another thing what about the belt for the pulley from Tech2?

If you choose to go through Tech2 for your new Pulley, let them know that you need the belt too - that way you don't have to find it locally. I can not remember the part number for the belt that I used on the 3.25" Pulley unfortunately

I personally noticed a huge gain swapping from the 7psi pulley to the custom 9.75psi pulley, but then again my numbers changed from 319/180 to 358/202 - a significant gain!
