Default What exhaust are you using with your FI car?

Im using a greddy ti-c single with a vortech sc and it is insanely loud. Curious on what others have and also looking for options for a quieter exhaust, preferably a single.
if you have video footage, please post thanks!

with a supercharger its tough to get a "quiet" exhaust compared to if you were turbo... when i was supercharged i liked my Tanabe Medallion Dual... but for single i know the HKS 3" is an option as well as the Berk 3"... i have a HKS Single for Sale Brand new in the box if you are interested...

i heard dual would be the way to go or back to stock
i like how the hks sounds with a supercharger, but i think it's equally as loud.. at least based off of the 1 video on youtube with a black ap2

Probably not a bad idea. The OEM exhaust will support as much as 500whp (supercharged) which is a 60mm to dual 50mm. The Tanabe Touring Medallion for the S2000 is a great option. It is 60mm to dual 50mm, it's fairly cost effective and sounds good. The Fujitsubo Legalis R it similar but a bit more expensive. If you plan to make more than around 500whp the 60mm exhaust could start to be restrictive. Generally speaking as the piping diameter goes up so does the sound level.

the piping size has nothing to do with the noise level. Noise level is all about the size and type of the muffler and resonators. i have a custom full 3 inch exhaust with no cat. I run a straight through 3 inch hks carbon ti muffler out back and two vibrant straight through 3 inch oval reanators in the middle on the car. The exhaust is pretty quite. If you want to be super quiet just run the stock exhaust with a test pipe. This is a great setup with a supercharger running on pump fuel91/93 octane.
