What is the FPR setting for Comptech SC?
No, static means when the FPR is seeing ambient pressure.
At idle there is less than ambient pressure in the manifold. At WOT the pressure approaches ambient in a normally aspirated car (with a small loss for intake restrictions). With forced induction at WOT the pressure can be anywhere from around ambient to whatever your max boost is.
The conventional way to set the pressure is to remove the lead from the intake manifold and set the pressure when the FPR is seeing ambient.

Pressure. Although I read that you now meant this range to be static at ambient. Then we're on the same page. Take a look though at your pressure with full vaccum. Comptech pulls back almost 2:1 for vacuum. I believe it is because their bypass orifice diameter is too big.
demonderrick- I will almost guarantee that you are running ultralean on your car under boost, the SARD is only a 1:1 ratio under boost, so at 7 pounds you are only adding 7 psi of fuel pressure, whereas the Comptech is probably adding about 50 psi of fuel pressure.
