I'll go ahead and start this off by asking the main question - are you looking for more mid-range or high end power?

Please do not quote me on anything. The research I have done regarding a header system is probably much much less than many other S2000 owners. I will not hesitate to say that there are many individuals on this forum who are much more knowledged than I regarding headers.
From what I have done through brief reserach I have learned that it is a typical that your traditional 4-2-1 Header will offer more Mid-Range power while your 4-1 Design will offer more High-End.

Please do keep in mind that this is a general rule of thumb. Some 4-2-1 Designs may offer more High End Power. However as I am someone who does not have any personal experience nor any dyno charts to compare - I can not say with a 100% guarentee on this.

I have heard quite a few problems with the TODA Header - which I can not fully recall. However I do believe it was regarding either a bracket or the o2 sensor bung breaking loose. Hopefully someone here can confirm this.

On a Supercharged vehicle, if I was looking for more Mid-Range Power I would lean towards a Comptech Unit. If I was looking for more High End Power I would look towards a J's Racing.

Again, many others may comment and disagree with my recommendations. If someone does, please do me the favor of stating "why" you choose what you did!

Its been a while since you ask this but I am debating about getting a mugen headers (2.2L) on my AP2. Currently I only have a mugen exhaust and I am considering adding the comptech supercharger and mugen header.

Could you give me any feedback on this ?

May want to check out Rick's header. Stratocaster had a group buy running for it not long ago.
