What header is best for supercharger

Holy crap!! I didn't know with this that you could push 350hp. Is that 350whp or just to the flywheel???
My pop's setup is pretty much that with the new 04+ mugen header. I was just hopeing to get 330whp.
Don't know yet becaause still waiting for the 9lb pulley.

Why are you surprised, hes pushing 9psi tuned with an AEM?Im running the Megan header, it looks nice, but no real hp gains. Ive been dynoed, but not in ideal conditions. Most my results come to conclude it does nothing or might even lose a bit. Probably same as a DC. However, I bought it for the looks, if I wanted more power, Id go more boost. I wouldnt spend 1000 on a JDM header for 5 hp.
I'm bringing this thread back.....found this on a search and exactly what I wanted to post.
It's weird hearing all these rumors of a "loss" in running a header. Does that mean the stock unit is more efficient that what most aftermarket companies lead us to believe?
Right now I'm running the CTSC along with Comptech exhaust on low boost and no test pipe. My next "level" of power upgrades will be to run bigger injectors and more boost. Will the header help or it just better to spend the money elsewhere.
Since Comptech is out of biz might be hard for me to find a Comptech header but that is the one I'm leaning towards just because I would expect Comptech to have done the homework.
I also like the Toda header
Any other real life experience or comments?

Hi there I know this thread is old but I'm wondering if people have any more information on headers it's been a while and I'm sure people have more experience with different header set ups I'm running an invidia testpipe and n1 single exhaust just bought a new act streetlite flywheel and a exedy oem replacement clutch kit. I plan to supercharge and hondata with a tune. I live in socal.

It will fail, within about 20k miles IIRC. Then you're going to be spending the same amount of $ on labor to do the job all over again as you did on the clutch in the first place.
Also, there are better places to spend money for performance on this car than a header. Driver training is the first one I'd suggest. Even exhaust upgrades are fairly unnecessary on a supercharged motor in this car, unless you're shooting for the moon.
