For 400whp I recommend something like a GT30 turbo, running around 15-18psi. A commetic headgasket 2mm think will allow that much boost to run safely on the F20C. You'll need 750cc injectors at the minium, and atleast an Emange...better off with a full stand alone. Of course a good tune is needed, without it all the money in the world won't save your engine

I would like to have that sort of power as well and thought 12-14psi should be fine on 98oct fuel...seems like I was daydremin'

nsxinsac why do you "might want to go with spring retainers, valve springs and head studs."? Not trying to start a flame war here, just wanna know whats the problem with the stock ones. Any knowledge on that?

I always wonder how reliable are the thick headgasket like the 2mm and 3mm. If you think about it, putting a thick headgasket is a cheap way of building your block with low comp piston etc. so you can run more boost. But snice some of us dont have the cash flow for a built block and so forth. I would like more feed back about thick headgasket. I thought about running a thicker headgasket like 2mm so i can run 10-11psi, and just 8psi for daily. Anyone have good info on thick headgasket ?

Check out the topic for the new Full Race kit thats going to be released. The power is incredible on a stock block, and the craftsmanship is top notch too... just get your wallet ready

I don't believe you need that much boost to achieve 400 whp. Cody at LoveFab is now building me an equal length manifold and tested it yesterday. With my T3/T4 60-1 turbo, he said that on 8 psi it's going to be real close to 400 whp with the AEM.
