Default What is the largest bottom mount turbo?

I'm trying to find out what is the biggest turbo housing a RevHard or Inline Pro manifold can accomdate. I don't want to have to relocate the battery or fuse box for top mount manifolds, so I'm trying to find out how big I can go without having to notch the frame of the body or run into clearance issues.

I tried searching but doesn't come up much info. thanks.

5965b is the biggest on the inline mani. If you notch then you can go bigger, I am using the 6165 S.

inlinepro new kit doesnt need to relocate anything. you cant run a big turbo on the bottom mount manifolds especially without notching the frame. Not sure how big you are looking to go.

Like revenge said the 59mm Compressor with B cover is the largest you can fit without notching. Other than that the only issue is keeping the motor mount cool which can be done with a blanket very easily.

Top mount on the other hand a more issues that I can count, but the major ones are, terible Down pipe routing, major heat issues with the battery, fuse box and AC lines, heating the hood and valve cover.................

yes it would. you have to take out like a 3x5inch peice. I ran a sc6152e on my first setup and i needed to notch the frame 100%

350-400whp is not much the B cover will support that.

I ran a sc6152 on my revhard mani without notching the frame. It all depends on your compressor housing. I did have to notch the engine mount a little. but thats it.

PTE 5758 is a tight fit on Revhard, maybe 3/16" between housing & frame
