S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

What rear end gear ratio to go with?

We have tried damn near every gear combination on the planet with this engine combination to find the most ideal. We never saw any performance advantage with taller gearing.

If these engines made torque, it'd be an entirely different animal.
The consensus see to be go to taller 3.9?
Are you advocating for the 4.3 I have or going back to 4.10?
I do feel like it's almost hard to shift without hitting redline once full boost and vtec kick in. Rpm's seem to sit a bit high when cursing in 6th.
My current set up is Puddy mod stage 3 with 4.30, 385whp/325whp pump, brand new stock f22 block/built head, and 275/35/18 in the rear.

If it were my car, I'd leave the 4.3 FD in it. Learn to shift fast, and don't worry about what RPM it is while cruising on the highway. These engines live at high RPMs and it's where they shine.

If not having to shift as fast, and a lower cruising RPM is your goal, then I would understand putting taller gears in. But they aren't a performance advantage, in my experiences.

There is a happy median between gearing, turbo size, peak RPM, power band, tire size, cruising RPM, shift points etc..... and too be honest, I don't have experience with S2000s with less than 700whp. So maybe my logic is skewed a bit?
