What supercharger system has the highest "out of the box" horsepower?
Looking for a supercharger system that is both bolt-on and plug and play for an AP1. Looking for 350+rwhp. Most I see are good for around 300rwhp.
I may get it dynoed to check air fuels, but I am looking for the most out of the box HP, stock drivability, etc.

When you say out of the box you mean stock injectors stock ecu with piggyback? Then you'd be looking at 300-310whp with any kit. (SOS stage 1, vortech, comptech or HKS)
Drop in a smaller pulley with a fuel pump, injectors and EMS and you can make 400whp on most of these kits. SOS would be the better bet if you get the novi 1200 blower.

I mean, put it together in my garage , and drive it. I dont care if its a piggy back, stand alone, flashed processor... I just want plug in and go. Everything works like stock.
My buddies kit for his Elise came with the stage two pullies and a flashed processor. It drives like stock with boost. Dynos over 300rwhp (which is alot for that engine). He just put it together and drove, no tuning, no BS. Thats what I want.
Thats what I want in an S2000 kit, does it exsist?

You'll want tunning though. Just to have peace of mind.
SOS is the way to go!!!
Unrelated, but i have a friend who had a turbo s2000. He didn't want to get it dyno tuned at all and only had it "street tune" by sending his datalog to a tunner and the tunner emailing him back.
His car still wasn't running well after a few attempts. He finally gave in and went to a shop to get it dyno tuned. His first pull on the dyno he made 120whp. Hahaha
He ended up making 450whp at the end of his dyno tune.

You can get the stage 2 SOS kit but will require a tune I beleive. This will yield you the most WHP out of the box but still requires you to have a experienced tuner to do the car. If you want one that doesn't require a dyno tune session, and one you can install in your garage and nothing else, Vortech, Comptech, SOS stage 1 will do the trick. Unfortunately, since these kits don't require a tune your limited to like 6psi will only roughly make 300whp
Thanks for the response.
It seems the plug and play ones are good for 300rwhp. After that tuning is required. If I bought one of these kits (stage1) will the tuning solution provided with the kit be able to support the stage 2? It doesn't matter what kit (SOS, vortech, comptech, kraftwerks).
Lets take Vortech, if I get their plug and play kit, the tuning is done with piggyback, right? Can I use that piggyback system to tune for more boost? Or will have have to start from scratch buiyng a standalone and having it profesionally tuned?
