GT30R on a twin scroll manifold.... The spool you want, the top end you need.

A GT25 and GT28 are just gonna fall flat on thier face on the top end.

get a t3 60-1. cheaper than a gt series ballbearing turbo and has similiar powerband and spool. i make 426 with this turbo on a tubular manifold on 9psi. with the log manifold you could prob make near 400 at 10psi or so. i get 8psi at 4500 rpm!!! before vtec even kicks in and when vtec kicks at 5k rpm its nasty

I won't tell you to search but I will say that you need to select a manifold/kit and that will narrow your selection greatly.

Oh, and for your goals I would not go with a Greddy, it spools great but does not have the top end you are looking for.

If you are instersted I have an Inline Kit I am selling. If the turbo is too large I would be willing to sell it seperatly, however I made 10PSI by 3800RPM on my set up.

Not only because of the bottom end build, but this is why i keep the redlines so low..This dynomap was on cracked ring lands, but ull get a pretty good idea why a anything below a gt30 isnt going to suffice.

Whats your budget? Scotts (dsddcd) kit is a real good buy. I have a similar kit and make 20PSI around 5k. Unless your gonna go over 450hp 500aHP its a great buy for the money.

Deadzero is right. Every week there's a couple of these, and the questions your asking aren't specialized. you say rev-hard or ip or your buddy making you a custom tubular that covers quite a few manifolds. the search feature isn't the greatest but it does get the job done. There is enormous amounts of information to be had with a simple search. These threads I got from literally 10 minutes of searching, enjoy

I agree with the GT3071R comments. The GT2xxx series are good turbos, but you would be near or over their limits with a log manifold and your power/boost goals. The GT3071R is the most likely to get you 350 whp on a log manifold on pump gas. It does spool faster than the GT3076R.
