What Type of turbo for bottom mount that won't hit the bay wall or frame

The general rule of thumb is keep it in the sub 35r sizing. I am not sure if T3 vs T4 makes a differance but I know on say a P-Tuning kit you can not run anything larger than a GTX3582R T4 1.02 AR. If I were you just get a 6266 .82 AR T4 Gen2 Ball Bearing and call it a day... best street turbo out there IMO
