Okay, So im running E85 with the following turbo setup this season..

PFab Equal Length Twin Scroll Manifold
Precision 6266 Turbo With a Divided 1.15 A/R Hotside
PFab 3 inch DP into a custom 3 inch exhaust free flowing
PFab BackDoor intercooler with 3 inch piping

Fuel system consists of:
Full Blown Dual 340LPH Fuel Pumps
Stock lines
Stock Fuel Rail
AEM FPR
Fuel pressure gauge mounted on rail
ID1000s

Basically, give me your realistic impressions on what power I will be limited to by my fuel system, if it doesnt coincide with the goals have for power this season Ill upgrade..

Even if you run 100psi base pressure on those injectors you will likely max out around 580-600whp (dynojet). I have tested this on a number of different cars with similar setups. I would go with larger injectors.

Agreed but you will not be able to run 100psi base pressure with that fuel setup. The dual pumps will flow a lot more than those injectors are capable of but the pumps will only handle 85psi total pressure BASE+TURBO PSI before they will stop flowing. Realistically you are limited by the injector size not your current fuel setup. Expect 65psi base pressure and get close to 525-550whp. ID 2000's with stock base pressure 43psi then 650-700whp.

Also that fuel pressure regulator probably isnt going to be too happy with higher pressures. I would sell the 1000's. Buy some 2200's. Be done.

Agreed! Induction Performance knows his stuff when it comes to this car and E85! He was gracious enough to help me dial in the ID 2000's so they idle well now.

I just made 546 whp on my car and at that power level I'm at 66% duty cycle on my FIC 2150's. My pump was my limiting factor on my build. My fuel started cutting out so we had to stop. I'm running a single Aeromotive 340lph, so pump wise you are golden. GET NEW INJECTORS!! You won't regret it.
