ive seen it before forsale.. but i can not locate it now

Your not going to find that manifold lol. Thats dibi on here, it is a custom manifold made from ballistic motorsports.

It seems most custom manis place the turbo in top position. What are the big benefits of that? Is it easier to fit? Is it less heat on sensitive components? I placed my turbo at the same place as the ILP cast manifold does, mostly to be able to reuse the DP.

^ There is nothing wrong with a MIG weld. Those welds look fine. No point in making an attempt at grinding them flush.
