Default where to run vac lines inline PRO kit

Ok so the kit is all set up no oil leaks as of yet however I'm wondering right now about all my vac lines.

I have one line running from the nipple on the top of the turbine housing to the bottom port of the wastegate. (turbosmart ultra-gate38)

The top port on the wastegate I left open

the nipple on the top of the blow off valve I ran to the bottom vac line underneath the fuel rail.

So this leaves the top vac line under the fuel rail open can I just cap that off not really positive what it goes to and/or if it can just be capped off. Quick responses appreciated I'm supposed to get it tuned today at 5
