Good Question...

Is there a good cam out there that is slightly more agressive? I am wondering myself if the head will freak out if I push too much boost with the stock cams.

I want to try to change the cams for more power but all the stuff that companies like Toda, J's Racing, Spoon, etc. have are for n/a cars and from what i've heard will not do great on FI cars.

What do you mean "freak out" ?

There is no reason to worry about anything in your head or valvetrain breaking from boost. Especially with the valvetrain in an S2k. As long as you're not revving higher than stock, you don't need to worry about changing any parts due to strength concerns.

As for power, you certainly have gains to be had by switching cams, but it sounded like you were concerned with reliability.

edit: Just noticed you're from Andover. Is that Andover, MA? If so, are you boosted now or planning for the future. I live in Andover, MA!
Sorry "freak out" wasnt one of the best technical terms.

I am currently boosted and will be adding a ton of more boost than I did when I installed my UR kit on my old stock block. With that said, I am mainly wondering if there will be any concerns with running say around 20psi + of boost on the stock cams?

If so, I have only seen N/A cams out there and I would like to find a grind that was designed for FI S2k's if there is a benifet/gain.

Also, I am from Andover, KS not MA sorry!!
