1. Supercharged
2. How much power are you making? 382whp since Feb 2013
3. How long have you been running the same diff? 112,000 miles (last 3000 miles SC)
4. How often do you go WOT? Weekend and night car, WOT often

Reading post about broken diffs, wide sticky tires pop clutch off the line, slamming gears. Trans of diff something will go.

1. Turbo
2. 480-490whp
3. 10 000km/6000 miles
4. How often do you go WOT? All the time! No launching though, and and I do my best to shift smoothly.

Broke my stock diff after quite exactly 10 000km. I do full throttle pulls all the time, also from 1st gear.

I just upgraded to the comptech reinforced diff. But I never had a problem with my stock diff

1. Supercharged or turbo? Turbo

2. How much power are you making? When I was on the stock diff I made anywhere from 335whp to 442whp

3. How long have you been running the same diff? My stock diff has 110,000 miles. Went turbo at 90'000 miles.

4. How often do you go WOT? All the time but with the stock diff I never launched the car or do burn outs and I try not to shift hard.

Ever since I got my comptech diff I been drag racing/ launching the car a little. So far so good still.

I had over 25 passes at the track over 600hp on stock diff. In even cut my best 60ft (1.5x) on the stock diff. Pre-load and you'll be fine. For a while.

You left out the most important question/factor in all of this.

What is your driving style?

Some people (like me, don't really put a beating on the diff, even with 500whp) Others grenade stock diffs driving like maniacs.

That was the purpose of asking how often you go WOT. I wasn't going to ask how often you launch the car from a dig or drop the clutch. Reason being most of us have enough sense to know it won't last long doing so. Like everyone else that has responded I plan to enjoy it mostly from 2nd and up. Don't plan to launch it or even gun it in first. That's how I drove it even with only 315whp with my sos kit. Joey though, as bobby said, is a god amongst us in driving. LoL

Should make around 450whp with my new sheepy setup. Will post a video hopefully next month. Thanks everyone for their responds. Gives me enough confidence to go with another OEM diff. This car isn't my daily and won't see the track till I can afford to build the rear so a stock diff should suit me just fine.
