No, practice.

A stock diff will last as long as you don't shock it to death. The rep this car has gotten for its "weak" drivetrain is because people expect the components to last after being repeatedly beat on and abused. Everything breaks down with abuse.

You left out the most important question/factor in all of this.

What is your driving style?

Some people (like me, don't really put a beating on the diff, even with 500whp) Others grenade stock diffs driving like maniacs.
That was the purpose of asking how often you go WOT.

Still, going WOT is not what kills these things. It's ALL in the driving style. Don't launch the car, and don't bang gears, esp the 1-2 and 2-3 change.

You're over thinking this. I'm aware of what breaks diffs. The purpose of asking how often you go WOT is because I plan to enjoy the car from second gear and up.

and if want a better diff, not a 600HP indestrucible diff, but just a better, more relaiable, strong diff, for the money PuddyMod is the only way to go.

I already talked to Ben about building me. After hearing it from friends, seeing the comments on this thread, and knowing my driving style I think an OEM one will hold up fine.
