Eric, yes; the sensor/gauge display are universal. Similar to most aftermarket gauges. You can use them as simply a display, or feedback to an EMS that accepts analog inputs.

Benton, nice! I wasn't sure if you were going to use it for your car or your brothers'.

Anyone have any issues with the flex fuel program using AEM v2?

My setup is working perfectly. If gone back and forth a few times with e85 & 91 and the series 2 blends the maps perfectly. Only complaint I have is not having two different settings for boost cut.

So will the v2 not cut boost if it goes to lean? ?

I think he means that you only have 1 target boost cut. So boost cut with e85 we will say is set to 30psi. When you don't have anymore e85 and fill your tank with 93, your boost cut is now way to high for pump gas (i.e. no engine protection from over boosting)

So keep boost cut low enough for pump gas and should be ok

But then you wont be able to use e85 to the potential that everyone wishes to. Boost cut at 16psi for pump gas means your target boost has to be under 16 psi at all times. Now that isn't very fun at all

I was thinking about the boost getting cut do to going lean not that boost cut from over boost

So what I'm trying to make sure if you gas in the car and it's at say 25psi at e85 then drops to say e55 will the ems pull boost out to compensate for lower ethanol if your on a Electric boost solenoid
