S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Why shouldn't you supercharge the s2000 cr

I'm guilty of this as well. I take it a step further; even if parts aren't broken, I tend to reconfigure often lol

If you want to keep oem powerband but double the power sc is great! Basically as reliable and maintenance free as oem NA. Nothing to fiddle with or anything.
Agreed

I did 25-30k a year on my last S2000 and it was never under 500whp. Im not going to say I never had a problem but nothing major to where it left me with no car for a few days. Anything that needed to be done was done in a day or two.

My new S2000 is the same gameplan. Drive the shit out of it with a reliable 500-700whp on pump- race gas. WITH a powerband thanks to a 2.4l and a gtx35r

Supercharging is wack. If you want stock delivering powerband just keep it stock and keep the money in your pocket till you want to have some fun and turbo it.

Lol stay NA instead of sc? I'd take a 400whp sc s2000 over a 500+ whp turbo s2000 any day of the week. Not everyone is a straight line person.

If I wanted a crazy fast straight line car I'd buy a much better platform to start from. Even with the "wack" supercharger it is still faster than most cars on the road.

no offense, but there is nothing special about a CR compared to a normal S2k, boost away

I enjoy my wack supercharger kit. 500whp at peak is more than enough power. If I were a straight line guy, I would just get C6 Z06 and maybe get a wack supercharger kit for it later down the line.

I've ridden in both a supercharged car and a turbo car with around 13psi and aem ems. On a warm night we were neck and neck racing and on a cool night I walked the sc s2k hard. Turbo is just more efficient and the power band is way more fun. Plus they look and sound way cooler.

Props to the guy puting waste gates on their sc cars though. Seems as if you'd get the turbo power band since it will boost up much faster and be at peak psi early on.

Different strokes for different folks.. I can't wait to supercharge my s2k.. I'd rather the less hassle and more predictable power..
