Bad tune = POP. looking at options to proceed
Bottom end will have to be wet sleeved, looking at general options. Aiming for somewhere in a general range of a 400-500HP car, not explicitly a daily driver but still able to be daily driven and be a weekend toy. Worth it to take the extra cost and build the engine (wet sleeve, rods, pistons, etc.), or just get a new bottom end, refresh it, and go with it?
Did the other cylinders melt like that?
If not i'd tend to point to a bad injector. Make damn sure you get those things sent off and tested before they got back in another motor.
A very bad tune will usually cause similar damage in all 4 cylinders.
