Default wideband options

well i pulled my gauges today to add hoods to them and my AEM UEGO gauge has literally melted itself to destruction. somehow it still works but the sensor harness connector on the back of the gauge has run so hot it turned brown and actually melted part of the gauge!!!

anyway, on to a replacement. i am not against buying another AEM gauge, but i've been thinking of buying the prosport wideband as it will match my other two gauges that i already have. i have seen the innovative one but i'm not so sure i like it as much - i hate how you have to wire in power for the sensor as well as the gauge.

does anybody have any insight for why i should/shouldnt go with the AEM/prosport/innovative/other widebands?

do you run aem ems? if so, aem serial gauge FTMFW. pipe the aem uego sensor into the aem ems, and the serial gauge will display the results.

can you buy the uego sensor and plugs without the gauge? I never see it for sale by itself

SM-AFR + DM-5 AFR Combo

The gauge that looks like the aem gauges with the long sweep for rich/lean. Has a digital readout in the center. This is just a 52mm/ 2 1/16 size.

I thought a W/B would not work with the Kpro?

Work with, no not without major modification. But run alongside, sure.

At least that way you can monitor AFRs even if the Hondata doesn't know about them.
